YouTube Channel Data Licensing

By providing us with JSON export files, metadata, transcripts, or other data from your YouTube channel(s), you grant BassFishing.World a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media format and through any distribution channels. This license includes the right to process and analyze your YouTube content for AI training purposes, create AI personas based on your expertise, generate responses that reflect your knowledge, use your content to improve our AI consultation services, and create summaries and derivative educational materials.

Social Media Cross-Posting and Promotion Agreement

By creating an account and providing your social media profile information (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), you grant BassFishing.World permission to promote your fishing content across our official social media channels to help build your online presence and followers in the bass fishing community.

Cross-Posting Authorization

When you share fishing photos, catches, reports, or other content to our community feed, you authorize BassFishing.World to repost, share, and promote your content on our Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts. This cross-posting includes but is not limited to: republishing your photos with attribution to your social media profiles, sharing your fishing achievements and catches with our followers, creating promotional posts that feature your content and tag your social media accounts, including your content in compilation posts or community highlights, and adapting your content format for different social media platforms while maintaining attribution.

Attribution and Tagging

We commit to properly attributing all shared content to you and will tag your social media profiles whenever possible to help drive followers and engagement to your accounts. Our goal is to help grow your social media presence in the bass fishing community through strategic cross-promotion.

Content Standards and Discretion

We reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion in selecting which content to cross-post based on quality, relevance, and alignment with our brand values. Not all community feed posts will be cross-posted to our social media accounts. Content selected for promotion will maintain family-friendly standards and represent the positive aspects of the bass fishing community.

Opt-Out and Profile Management

You may opt out of social media cross-posting at any time by removing your social media profile information from your account settings or by contacting our support team. You retain the right to update or modify your social media profile information to ensure accurate attribution.
